Found this car as is, VR6 swap from a B4 Passat with 5 speed transmission, Corrado SLC front Subframe, Corrado G60 front & rear brake upgrade. This car is going to get a full refresh, rebuild the engine, replace body panels, fresh paint, tidy up the interior, and new suspension. Right now I'm collecting parts to attack everything at once. Desperately needs a driver floor pan, both rear quarters, hatch and rear body work. Engine needs a timing service, going to replace rod bearings, piston rings, hone the cylinders, Techtonics Tuning 276 cams, MKIV headgasket upgrade, valve spring upgrade, and all new gaskets/seals throughout the engine. Rear axle beam needs new bushings, going to run Solowerks Coilovers. Brakes are staying the same with stainless lines, slotted front & rear rotors with EBC brake pads. Future of this car will be one I have no doubts about reliability, fun to drive, and nice to look at.
