Shop Wheels & Tires ModsI purchased this car back in 2017 for dirt cheap. It wasn't pretty, but the interior was in good shape, and it ran wonderfully. The car had never left California as far as I could tell. Once it was mine, I began the long process of reconditioning and restoring the car to as good as I could get it to be. Way too much money has gone into this car (more than I like to admit) all in maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and general upkeep. It's been a journey to say the least. After undergoing a partial repaint, the car is nearly in the best condition I can make it. Driving it is a treat every day. I hope to keep the car as long as possible. It's practical, makes all the right noises, and looks damn good while doing it too. I'll try and fill in all the mods and fiddly bits I've done. There's honestly too many to count. Everything from shifter bushings to the cable adjuster dropping out of the blend door for the climate control. Not to mention one of the freeze plugs blew out of the engine, that was a fun discovery. Or the weeping power steering cable. Or even perhaps the fuel pump under performing a bit. All things on the agenda, not to worry! As far as cosmetics the car is complete. Now it's just to keep on keeping on. Stay tuned for more mods.
