March 2017. Bought a 2006 Chev cobalt as a race car/project car. It was shite, i decided to trade it for this corolla. First time driving it, smoothest clutch, transmission, brakes, suspension that anyone could ask for. 41000Km when bought, not a scratch or part removed. This was a brand new clean canvas to start working on. After the cold air intake, the car was starting to act tough, very stocky and very quick acceleration.. Deleted the resonator, starting the backfires ( a month after getting the car ) and straight pipe the 4th of August (loud backfires) Currently this is my daily driver, i drive from Wellington to Summerside and back (occaisionally driving over to New Brunswick) Wanting to get new rims, brakes, suspension, lights, bumpers, spoiler and racing seats (front and back) Apart from that, people get out of my way and i can get ahead of most cars (unless you can go 180Km/h to pass me, because restrictions ;_;) The most challenging part about this car is the electrical, everything's programmed one way or the other. Having a racing wheel, it throws up traction control sign and airbag sign, not sure if there is a way around this. The horn doesn't work either, because I'm too lazy to split the wires.
