In truth, the '15 STi really didn't need to have the shifter addressed as it is already relatively short and the bushings were already pretty tight in comparison to other cars that I had driven. Regardless, this was a pretty straight forward installation that can be a pain if you are doing it solo.
The biggest thing to note is the reverse lockout cable underneath. Be sure to zip tie this out of the way or the driveshaft will absolutely destroy it. The throws are nice and short and the notchy feel removes any potential confusion as to whether or not you are in gear. You will hear a bit more whine from the transmission in the cab caused by the bushings, but I personally like this sound.
