I built this motor after breaking 4 Pistons from high boost. I used an LS6 block from an 02 Vette using a Lunati rotating mass including a stock dimension forged crank, 900HP H-beam rods and Wisco forged aluminium flat top pistons. With the Texas Speed Badboy 2 LS6 heads and Cometic head gaskets, the final CR is 10.6:1 LPE cam 229/241 .641 lift 116CL. Magnuson TVS 1900 at 15psi. JBA long tube headers along with JBA dual exhaust with high flow cats. Methanol injection. Using 18psi, 26 degrees total timing and 14gpm meth, this made 741 crank HP and 695 TQ corrected. Wheel dyno at 14psi 26 degrees timing and 14gpm meth it made 661 RWHP and 658TQ. I can say the 4L65 doesn't like this! I'm on the 5th "pro" built Trans! Detuned to make just under 600 RWHP to save trannies.
