Update: 10/1/16 Ran the fastest pass ever on the setup 11.99 @ 116mph Check out Final Pursuit Racing on Youtube This car has had many up's and down's. I've gained and lost friends. I've had full pulls and broken heads and especially parts (4 motors and 1 tranny about to be the 2nd). At times I've wanted to scrap the car and sell the chassis and start with something new. A few years ago I had a conversation and opportunity with my best friend Kevin, and we decided to give it one last shot. Since then the car has made amazing strides, full body work and paint (thanks to Andrew White @[517801915050654:274:Wicked Metal Works] added a full cage (thanks to Andrew White @ Wicked Metal Works), proper slicks and a lot of detail parts. We were able to get back to the track again this year and run the fastest the car has ever seen. Running a 12.50 for what the car is doesn't seem like much, however for everything this car has been through was a big accomplishment. Now with the winter ahead and big plans and the moons aligning next season should be quite interesting. I couldn't have done it without Kyle from KJ Built. The power plant he put together has been bullet proof, and we look to only improve on it. Most of all without my best friend Kevin Smith, his wife Shannon Smith the car would've never been where it is today.
