This E46 M3 is the first non-Audi I've ever owned. I wasn't really in the market for a new car when I found it, but after test driving it on a whim and immediately falling in love I jumped at the chance to own one of BMW's most iconic cars. Owning this M3 has been a bit of a different experience for me since many of the mods I'd like to do are cost prohibitive. After spending probably too much time on M3Forum I've become hyper aware of all the maintenance and potential failings inherent in the E46 M3 so most of my money has gone toward that endeavor rather than mods. Since this is my only car it has to do everything for me, which means no stripped interior for weight savings, no slamming it on its nuts to look cool, and no big power mods that would make it impossible to drive in the winter. In fact, I think I have a new nickname for my M3: "All Things in Moderation"
