Shop Suspension/Steering ModsBeing a new home owner I knew I needed a truck to handle hauling the renovation materials back and forth. I began looking at Ford F-150s and Chevy Silverados. I did not want a very expensive or luxury style truck as it was simply to be a hauling truck. My dad and I started looking online at local dealerships and were able to locate my Texas Edition at Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg. The Texas Edition was red tag from its original 45K and marked down to where I walked out with it for about 12K less. The only modifications i've done to the vehicle have been Line-X spray on bed liner, Husky mud flaps, Lunds step bars and Lunds soft top bed cover. Of all the mods I feel the Line-X and bed cover were the most bang for my buck. A long time down the road when the suspension needs replaced I look to put on a lift and new suspension but for now the truck will remain as is.
