A 2000 Monte Carlo SS. Basic bolt-on. Most would say a waste of time but you have to start some where and this is what I have. Exterior wise the body has suffered. First the clear coat has started to peel in the back and it looks like sand paper was rubbed all over the back. Did add a plate filler of matching color but I had hit a raccoon and I now am missing the right fog light and have a cracked bumper. I did not like the chrome rims so have since traded for 5th gen stock rims but will eventually get 6th get impala rims or custom light weight rims. Interior is about 6 out of 10. previous owners have drilled holes for lights but the wiring was bad and have been taken out. More then stock hp but still a slow carlo but after maintenance to the engine and suspension costing around a total of $1100 doing the work my self I will continue to mod. The final build will be a turbo with a reasonable amount of horse power for a front wheel drive car with a quarter mile estimate of 12-13 seconds.

Top speed with tune is 135 mph on speedo at the top of 3rd. 4th unusable at that speed until the transmission is built.
