VEHICLE STORY

I am the third owner of this car, it was originally an inland California car, then Vegas garaged by a Japanese car enthusiast, part of the reason it's still so nice. ZERO rust, clean title. Engine -Fully blueprinted and balanced, late tvis ae92, big port 4age (110k on block prior to rebuild, 8k since rebuild) -Block was magnafluxed, hot tanked, crank polished, cylinders bored to 81.5mm -Standard size bearings on both crank mains and rods -Head was tanked and valves lapped, minor port and polish -Arias 8.5:1 forged pistons 81.5mm (20 thou over) -All new gaskets, seals, and bearings -New gates water pump -New aisin oil pump -New gates timing belt -New freeze plugs -All bearing specs are perfect -Ring end gaps set perfect -Compression test came back at 1-140 2-141 3-140 4-142 dry (perfect given the low compression ratio) -Lightweight 9 lb flywheel -Xtd stage 2 clutch -OBX header with secondary O2 bung welded in -Hot tanked and wrinkle finished rwd intake manifold -EGR block off -IACV block off -New NGK iridium plugs -New spark plug wires -New distributor cap and rotor -Engine bay Cleaned, prepped, and color matched -New clutch master cylinder -Low mileage tercel throttle cable -New motor mounts and trans mount -Techno Toy Tuning lightweight aluminum Crank pulley -Block and head painted grey with high temp auto enamel -Valve covers wrinkle red -Large oil cooler -Innovate LC-2 Wideband O2 and gauge -Adjustable Fuel Pressure regulator with removable gauge -All new vacuum line and hoses -AEM dryflow Air filter -New thermostat -Aluminum AE86 radiator with new overflow tank, 2 fans (switched) -Brand new 24 series 750CCA Everstart maxx battery (2.5 years left free replacement, then two more prorated after that) Literally every single nut, bolt, and piece of this engine was cleaned thoroughly before being put back together. The engine was 100% blueprinted throughout the build process with micrometers and plastigauge, everything coming very nicely in spec. Moly assembly lube used and Mobil 1 10w-30 for first 125 miles, varying rpm, then drained. Changed oil with Mobil 1 10-30 again at 1000 miles. Now two changes later at ~6000 miles since the rebuild. Spark and fuel wired to a separate switches (allows easy kill and allows you to get oil pressure before firing if it has sat for a day or two). Fuel -Walboro 195LPH fuel pump mounted at rear just out of tank -New fuel strainer -New fuel filter -Fuel tank perfect on the inside, no rust, no gunk -250PSI 3/8" fuel line (summit racing) -Russell AN fittings to fuel rail -¼" return fuel line (summit) -Fuel is switched Steering -Fully rebuilt Manual MR-II rack and pinion -New boots, bushings, and grease -New inner and outer tie rod ends (ae86) -Custom Delrin Manual rack adapter bushing -MA61 celica supra tilt steering column -Custom MA61 / Tercel Intermediate shaft Brakes -FC RX-7 4 piston aluminum front calipers -Mini Cooper S rotors redrilled to 4x114.3 -New brake lines all around -New E-brake cables -AE86gts rear disc brake conversion -New front and rear rotors and ceramic pads Suspension -Prothane AE86 Bushing kit -Tokico Blue rear shocks -Tanabe GF210 lowering springs -KYB front cartridges -Techno Toy Tuning adjustable camber plates Drivetrain -AE86 GTS engine crossmember -AE86 GTS bellhousing -W56 2rz Tacoma transmission (180k on it, shifts great), New shifter bushings, and input and output shaft seals. -GTS bellhousing adapter -Pilot bearing spacer -Custom 200mm friction disk with Tacoma splines -Weld-on throw out hub spacer -Custom driveshaft front is Tacoma yokes, rear is Mazda B2000 yoke and tube, with new U-joints, and balanced at Tucson Driveline and balance two weeks ago. -Wheel bearings done 12k ago -AE86 Kouki GTS disc rear axle swap (stronger axle shafts) -New axle seals and pinion seal Interior -Fantastic Condition, original interior with some upgrades -Recaro plaid LX seats with cloth center, leather sides, back, and headrest. -Super rare sunroof option (can be removed easily as well) -MOMO Wood Steering Wheel -MOMO wood Shift knob -Custom flame maple and sycamore cupholder armrest -All window tracks were cleaned and regreased -Headliner is original and in very good shape -Custom rear subfloor, hardwood plywood, carpeted to match, with d-rings for cargo -Custom 5x8 rear speaker boxes with pioneer speakers -Front door speakers are Infinity References -Heavy gauge speaker wires -Pioneer DEH-X66BT bluetooth, usb, aux, headunit -All stock gauges work as they should including; oil pressure, fuel, voltage, coolant temp, tachometer, (speedometer needs a ratio adapter to read properly, I am using GPS for now) Exterior -1983 TE72 side trim -Custom front bumper and celica style chin spoiler (welded steel, super sturdy and not stupid heavy) -Custom rear bumper with 2" hitch receiver (hated the stock park bench and wanted a hitch bike rack and track trailer capability) -Single Stage paint job about 3 years ago (still looks good) -XXR 550 15x7 +21 wheels in chromium black -Fresh Nangkang AS-1 tires 205/50/15 (tires and wheels only 5k) -Sparco Hood pins -CIPA fender mirrors -Modified MA61 Supra rear spoiler painted wrinkle black Still to be added! -XSPower turbo manifold -T25 garrett s13SR turbo -Garrett oil and water lines -7mgte injectors -7mgte air flow meter -Mushroom filter -FMIC with piping -Greddy Type S BOV -Custom Downpipe
