The TL:DNR: This is my 2006 Mustang GT. There are many like it but this one is mine. Thanks for stopping by. The Long Version: I have been a gear head for as long as I can remember. As a kid, my dad had me in the engine bay and underneath our family cars. Grew up with the love of engines everything automotive. If I have learned anything, screw convention and trends. Instead, do what you love and make the car be what you want. That has been my mantra for this whole build. For me, I have had a major focus on balancing power and control. Straight line performance is extremely fun, but I wanted a car that I loved to drive and whip around the back roads too. Mustangs aren't renowned for their amazing handling, but the goal was there. The end result is I truly feel like I have accomplished what set out to do and I'm still far from through. This has been a Father-Son relationship building project. My father and I had a massive falling out in my teenage years. It was so bad it almost tore our entire family apart. Stubborn and proud on both sides I suppose. We have been rebuilding our friendship and ties together over this thing... which makes this car even more special than it may appear. Thanks for stopping by.
