What made you choose this particular product?

The removal of my disc changer left a gaping hole in the lower center stack. The factory cubby was designed to fill that space in base model cars.

Once you've had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?

Yeah, it fit right in and matches as it should.

Any additional comments?

As sort of a bonus, I dropped an easy five pounds from the dash with this swap.

When I installed the Pioneer head unit, I lost the functionality of my factory disc changer. This is fine, because it skipped when going around corners and it drove me nuts. I replaced the changer with a factory cubby piece that comes in the base cars, to keep a factory appearance. I also added an LED cubby light that was a factory option in older models.

Notes

The cubby was plug & play. The light was soldiered into the factory harness. I replaced the bulb with a white SMD from SBL.
