1LE package adds some extra track-worthy spice for those that value handling above all else. 

To be more specific, 1LE adds larger stabilizer bars, a strut tower brace, monotube rear dampers, 20-inch wheels with Goodyear Eagle Supercar Gs, and other suspension bits from the Camaro ZL1. Also helping to lower lap times, as well as keep powertrain components happy, is steeper gearing for both the rear end and  specific close ratio geared Tremec 6-speed manual, a transmission cooler, and a high capacity fuel pump.
