This car was my first ever car even tho it never ran when i owned it and i never actually got to drive it. My dad use to work at a hyundai service center/dealership and this car came in as a tow in for a no start issue that turned into a locked up engine the owners traded it in and got a new car so my dad snagged it as a project car for me to work on over the next year until i got my license. The body and interior of the car were in great shape all it needed was a new engine. after pricing new motors and discussing our options i decided to sell the car and buy a 1985 Z/28 camaro i had found not far from home. The car ended up being sold to a very odd couple of people, one was a woman in her late 20's who had a tiburon that had been hit the body was toast but the engine was fine so she wanted to put her motor into the good body of my car, so she hired this really weird guy to say the least who was going to do the engine swap in exchange for "set ups with her friends at the bar". Not exactly what i charge to perform a engine swap at my shop now but hey whatever floats your boat. So i owned the car for a year and never actually drove it or heard it run but i did get a Z/28 out of it in the long run so it was worth it.
