I bought this truck in early 2015 it was my first vehicle I ever purchased and I got it with 140,000 miles on the body and a freshly rebuilt 351 Windsor with 1,000 miles on it. It had some aftermarket parts and ran decent but after owning it for a few years I got sick of all the issues I had mostly a misfire that I could never track down so I did a compression test and sure enough two cylinders had low compression. A few weeks before I did the compression test I had been rear ended by a minivan and I got 2500 dollars from insurance to fix it. Instead of fixing the rear bumper I spent that money on the beginning of a 408 stroker build for my truck. I used the stock block for this build but besides that every single part is brand new and I built this over a 6 month time frame and it cost me around $10,000
