I bought this car brand new in 2010. I had originally planned for it to be a daily driver, but once I completed a few car control clinics and track days, I saw the insane track car potential! I began modifying the car in early 2011 and it has transformed from a timid daily driver to a full on race car.The car is currently competing in its first ever NASA ST1 sprint race series. It is also the first ever 335i to partake in such sprint races in Southern California (one of the first ones in the nation to my knowledge). My goal is to become the quickest car in ST1 and set some lap records (which the car is completely capable of). The first season is all about finishing races and being decently competitive, and then next year we will start to really push the envolope. And yes, the car can make north of 650whp EASILY, but ST1 classification is only 8lbs/hp, so I would rather keep both power and weight down! Plus, this car will run for hours upon hours at 16psi! Reliability > power! The car has so many major and minor modifications, so please feel free to ask any questions! I have gone through countless suspension, wheel, tire, turbo, and aero setups on this car; it is safe to say I am VERY familiar with the e90 platform. You can also find my first NASA race in the following links!
