Tell us the story behind your ride. What made you pick this particular one? Where did you find it? I had been dreaming of owning a BRZ since they came out in 2012. One of my buddies in college had one and I drove it every chance I got. When I graduated college, I had the perfect opportunity to sell my car and order a BRZ Performance Package.  Describe the modifications you've made. Where did you start, what’s the most recent mod and what motivated it? I started with the Perrin catback and the clear sidemarker lights. I actually put both of those on the night I picked up the car. It had 47 miles on the odometer. After that, it was a whole bunch of other stuff, mostly to get the car to the point of being able to take it to the track. I got Gloc R10 pads and Motul 600 brake fluid, Enkei RPF1 wheels wrapped in BFG Comp 2 tires. I'm about to get a set of Hankook R-S4 mounted since all the track and Autocross is killing off these tires pretty quickly. Of all the mods you’ve made, which do you think offers the biggest bang for the buck? Hands down, its driver mod. The confidence you gain behind the wheel after a couple track days and a couple autocross weekends is unreal.  How did you go about selecting the specific parts for this build? Any installation tips to share? I really like the idea of buying something once, and buying it right. Every part I get has great reviews behind it, and almost always has a cheaper alternative thats almost as good, but not quite.  What are you planning next? Right now its just tires and keep pushing myself on track. I do eventually want an oil cooler for the summer track days.  What’s been the biggest challenge with this build? Finding time to get to the track. Between work and family stuff, I have one free weekend a month, and it almost never lines up with an available track day.
