I bought the car in July of 2017. It was lifted on Forester struts/springs, and had the front clip and trunk. It was on the stock wheels and looked really rough. It had the uppipe and intake, and besides that the car was stock. It had 149,000 miles when I purchased it. Since purchasing the car I have out the car back on the stock WRX struts/springs, replaced the wheels, tires, brake rotors, and brake pads. I have installed a downpipe and I tuned the car with an Opensource Tactrix 2.0 tune from XPT. The car should be making around 290bhp. This was my first goal. I wanted the car to make the same power as the JDM STI it mimicks. My goal is to recreate (and better) a JDM Bugeye STI as we never received one in the states. The next goal is around 300whp which will require a turbo swap (TD05 16g) along with other things. That's the known limit of the WRX 5 speed transmission. The eventual goal is around 400whp with an STI 6 speed transmission swap with methanol injection.
