My truck is a 2011 GMC sierra extended cab, obviously. The unique thing about it, other than being mine, is the Z92 package. The Z92 is an option from certain dealers that includes suspension upgrades, wheel and tire package, and other bits. Mine included a Fabtech 6"lift, Eagle Alloy wheels, Borla exhaust, Z92 gauge cluster, and Z92 seat embroidery. I bought this truck with scratches, a few dents and even a missing fender flare.(which getting the dealer to replace is a whole story all it's own) I didn't buy this truck to be a show truck, I bought it to USE. Yeah, I love a clean vehicle, but I'm not afraid to get it dirty. Mods have been modest so far, beginning with a custom sub enclosure with a 12"polk sub, with a Polk amp.(originally a soundstream amp) I'm a career firefighter, so the Uniden scanner helps me keep up with what's going on when I'm not at work. It's also great for road trips. Outside, originally I had added an aluminum ebay roof basket with the help of some Smittybilt roof rack mounts. It was nice and looked good, but I wanted something more rugged. So I made my own. It's a simple design using 1"angle and expanded metal. To the basket I added several led light bars to help see things when it's dark out. Each side has a 9" single row light bar, and both the front and rear have 25" single row bars. There's also a light bar up front on the Westin bull bar. The Westin nerf bars(and the bull bar) are in the works to be replaced, as they just don't go with the look I'm working for. Finally, the lighting has been upgraded with Beamtech low beam and Hikari high beam led headlights. Keep checking back, as this truck is far from done, and hopefully will be much different by the end of the year!
