2001 Peugeot 106 Quiksilver.  On Christmas Eve my previous 106, a 1.1 was involved in a accident caused by another driver. Sadly what was a great car was written off. I'd decided that if anything I was going to come off better and I couldn't afford a GTI so the next best thing was a Quiksilver. Even though, I really dislike silver cars.  I bought it with 69k miles on it to use as my daily car, it does lots of Motorway miles like the last one, and therefor stone chips, cracked windscreens and number plates with bugs embedded are quite the common occurrence. It's had a light accident in the past, probably reversed into something, the boot lid has been repainted and not spectacularly, but I've D/A polished it and it's a little better.  I've fixed a load of bits since i've had it, starting with swapping all the modified parts from the 1.1 onto this one, so GTi Leather seats, GTi Brakes, GTi steering wheel. Etc.  Then I set about the gear linkage a common problem on 106s, so a rebuild kit and some GroupN linkages were installed, then to sort the slightly wayward front Suspension, I installed Powerflex Polyurethane bushes in the wishbones, on the anti-roll bar and for the lower engine mount. The N/S front driveshaft is fit to exploded but I will sort that soon. Other than that its a good little car, I need to weld up a hole in the inner wing before MOT time but I'm not in a hurry.
