Acquired in August 2015 as a second car after selling my 85 Golf turbo.  

Swapped in an LS1 5.7L in the winter of 2016. Began the process of improving the car to handle the added power. XIDA Race suspension, Wilwood 11.75" front brakes, Ford 8.8" Trac-Loc differential, upgraded axles... I track the car a couple times a year at NJMP and Pocono, and drive it when the weather is convertible-friendly.
