bought the teg in  mid/late 2014, had quite a few km (300k) but was in awesome overall condition except for a dent in the rear passengers quarter.  after repairing the quarter panel with more bog than id like to admit she became my daily/hills car. after the first couple weeks i decided it was time for a little bit of maintainence and to start modifying. First was  replacing all the suspension bushes with hardrace hardened rubber bushings and camber arms, then installing a set of extractors, pod filter and short shifter, followed by a type r brake upgrade with 5 stud conversion. After a few track days she starter sounding a bit under the weather and i new it was time to replace the tired old engine. I found my self a clean low km long block which i replaced seals and gaskets in before installing it along with a JDM DC2R gearbox, HD clutch, skunk2 intake manifold 70mm throttle body and solid engine mount. I now have recently had a tune done which took her from 92kw to 118kw atw and got my self a decent set of semi clicks and i cant wait to have her back out at the track to see what kind of times she can do. future plans so far are to finally decide on a set of coilovers, remove the ABS, work on a bit of aero work on the wheel alignment and maybe throw on a turbo.
