About this product

Part #: 9112

This compact and easy to install module will allow you to easily adapt AutoMeter tachometers and shift lights and many other aftermarket RPM-based devices on your alternator-equipped diesel or non-standard ignition gasoline engine. Equipped with a sensor which is mounted to the alternator casing a one time setup calibration is accomplished via push button interface on the module to synchronize the alternator signal with engine crank RPM. Perfect for diesel performance applications looking to add a tachometer or upgrade from factory equipment and a great problem solver for engine swap builds in need of working instruments. Pair it with AutoMeters low-rev tachometer models to complete your diesel-specific gauge installation.

About AutoMeter

AutoMeter has been driven to provide performance enthusiasts with the information they need to win. We’ve revolutionized the way that racers and vehicle builders think about instrumentation and vehicle electronics for more than 60 years. AutoMeter was founded by Vern Westberg in 1957. In the early days, Vern would pour sand castings in his family’s backyard, and his sons would help him assemble products in their basement at night. During our 60+ years, we have developed many industry-leading products from our rev control tachometers and quick responding tachometers, to our high technology LCD Competition data acquisition systems. We have set the standard for accuracy, precision, and durability. Today, we have state-of-the-art cellular manufacturing centers, advanced engineering systems, and product technology that is unmatched in the instrumentation marketplace.
