Launching harder, reducing wheel hop, and adding cornering consistency to your 1999-2004 Mustang is easy with lower control arms from BMR Suspension. Stock stamped steel control arms with soft rubber bushings deflect under load and absorb power instead of transferring it to the tires. BMR's polyurethane/rod end, on-car adjustable tubular control arms for New Edge Mustangs (TCA055) are manufactured from heavy-duty 1 5/8-inch DOM steel tubing. This design gives you a strong control arm that greatly improves performance, with the adjustability to fine-tune the rear axle alignment. The integrated spring perch is built from heavy-duty plate steel for loads of strength. Greasable, 95-durometer bushings add a solid, more responsive feel over the stock rubber bushings. BMR's bushings are internally fluted, which allows grease to evenly coat the inner sleeve. These flutes also direct grease to the outer edge of the bushing, keeping the thrust surface lubricated. This efficient lubrication ensures quiet, reliable operation over the life of the bushings. BMR Suspension designed the TCA055 to work well in street performance, drag race, and road race applications. The stock control arms flex under cornering loads giving you inconsistent handling characteristics. Combine this with soft bushings that have massive amounts of deflection and you're left with poor performance. The TCA055's heavy-duty construction eliminates control arm flex, giving you much improved repeatability on the street, starting line, or in the corners. BMR's polyurethane bushings are designed to be compliant enough to give you a comfortable ride and absorb NVH, while remaining firm enough to stand up to high loads of any performance environment. The bushings and rod ends easily handle the high compression loads of hard launches and hard acceleration, yet offer plenty of articulation for great handling. What made you choose this particular product?
I like my BMR products so far so I went with them for the sway bar end links up front.

Checked out the others, liked the greasable fittings on these.
Was it easy to install? Any installation tips that will help others?
Easy enough to install. Definitely want to pre-grease the fittings as the one that attaches to the strut faces inbound and space is very tight. A very short/flexible grease fitting may work though.
Once you've had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?
Absolutely. I knew when I lowered my car and reattached the front oem sway bar links that there was gonna be an issue. They had no adjustability and getting the second link on way a real pain. It put a lot of tension on the bar which resulted in the front end being too bouncy over uneven road. It really felt like the bar was placing extra force downwards on the struts and it made bumps extra harsh. These links solved that issue.
Any additional comments?
I bought these through BMR on their ebay profile as my local distributor didn't catalog them. I was hit with an unexpected COD relating to delivery which was lame, $75 CAD. Honestly, I felt this piece was a bit too pricey as it was, but I've had great success with BMR products so I bit the bullet. Adding $75 more for unexpected custom/brokerage/whatever wasn't very good. I didn't get a tracking number either, don't know if that would have brought the charge to light prior to receiving it.
