What made you choose this particular product?
It was roughly the same price as KoyoRad. At the time I did not realize the vast superiority of Koyo over Mishimoto.
What were you trying to accomplish by adding this product?
At the time, I wanted more cooling capacity.
Was it easy install? Any installation tips that will help others?
Instal is a PITA, but is DIY. 2/5 for dificulty. I installed mine in a parking garage by myself, at night. Fitment is extremely tight & the hoses have to be cut just right as to not have rubbing/kinking issues.
Once you’ve had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?
No. This part held up fine for 5 years but spontaneously developed a hole & started leaking. In those 5 years I had multiple issues with fitment. Additionally, while it did perform better than OEM, it did not perform nearly as well as my OEM replacement KoyoRad which I replaced it with. Honestly, buy KoyoRad if you're on the fence.
Any additional comments?
A buddy of mine had the same radiator & his began leaking within a month/1K miles. Have heard other guys have similar issues with quality. It has a warranty, but that is not worth the hassle if you have a daily driver.

What made you choose this particular product?
I needed to keep the coolant system running cooler to prevent a lot of coolant from expanding into the overflow tank and boiling over. This thermostat allows the coolant to flow past the water pump sooner and keep the engine cooler over all.
Is this your first time buying from this brand? Did you consider other brands?
No, I'm also running a Mishimoto radiator. I considered the cooler opening thermostat from Cosworth but I heard reports that it opened too soon in some cases and caused a check engine light for coolant never reaching operating temp so I steered clear of that one.
Was it easy to install? Any installation tips that will help others?
Install is pretty straight forward and simple. Just drain the coolant from the car, pull off the lower radiator hose, and remove the two bolts on the water pump housing to access the thermostat.
Once you've had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?
The thermostat works great and during cooler weather and while cruising the car runs anyways from 10-30 degrees cooler. Big improvement and not nearly as much coolant being pushed into the overflow tank.
Any additional comments?
Make sure to install with the jiggle pin valve on the thermostat facing out and up to help bleed air out of the system.
