This product has built-in ultraviolet inhibitors that help prevent the material from drying, hardening or discoloring. We custom die-cut to fit your specific vehicle for a precise, perfect fit. LampGard(R) comes with easy-to-follow instructions and applies to headlamps, fog lamps, turn indicators and parking lights (when applicable) to protect them from scratching, cracking and pitting. WeatherTech(R) LampGard(R) is an incredibly tough 40 mil. thick, double-polished urethane material, is available for most vehicle makes and models. Some applications are built to order, please allow 14-21 days for delivery.WeatherTech(R) LampGard(R) is guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase. What made you choose this particular product?

Price is kind of high for any Weathertech product. The fitment is alright except when I mash the gas pedal to the floor then let off, the gas pedal tends to pull up the floor mat with it, which feels weird as if the gas pedal is sticking, but really isn't.

Is this your first time buying from this brand? Did you consider other brands?

First time having a Weathertech product in any vehicle. I had cheaper parts store brands in my vehicles before including this vehicle. The Weathertech seems to fit well without any cutting.

Was it easy to install? Any installation tips that will help others?

Real easy to install, just cut out a hole for the floor mat "hooks" and plop in.

Once you've had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?

A little overpriced for what you're getting. Other than the gas pedal issue, it meets my expectations

I like driving with Windows partially down; only AC when no choice, but wind noise is annoying. Also the minor sun-blocking effect.

Not first time (floor mats). Considered another one, but decided stick with WeatherTech. Also prefer the look of in-channel vs stick-on.

What made you choose this particular product?

The wind noise on a 2 door GTI is horrendous from the factory, I bought these as a last ditch measure to try to make driving with the windows down manageable.

Yes, and no, no other brands make a good looking alternative.

Incredibly easy, just follow the instructions.

Once you've had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?

Yes. It did help the wind noise a bit, and overall made driving windows down manageable. The look is also very sleek and actually improves the car visually to my tastes.
