About this product

Part #: BMF49Z

Engineered to 'Activate More Grip', sway bars are principally designed to reduce body roll or sway. By reducing body roll, lateral loads are spread more evenly across the tires thereby increasing cornering grip and improving outright performance. This Whiteline 27mm 2 point adjustable sway bar = more grip = better handling = outright performance - it's the best dollar for dollar handling improvement you can make to your vehicle. In fact, benefits extend to improvements in handling, safety and tire wear without affecting ride quality or comfort.

What made you choose this particular product?
I have been wanting adjustable endlinks for awhile now. I know they make great products from all their reviews and I have their subframe bushing inserts.
Is this your first time buying from this brand? Did you consider other brands?
No and yes. Hotchkis was the other.
Was it easy to install? Any installation tips that will help others?
It's pretty straight forward. I did have to muscle on the nut though.
Once you've had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?
Not used yet.
Any additional comments?
They do look nice installed.

What made you choose this particular product?
Price, reviews, and whiteline has a history that barely any parts company can compare too!
Is this your first time buying from this brand? Did you consider other brands?
No, and never!
Was it easy to install? Any installation tips that will help others?
Yes really easy, follow provided instructions carefully, have someone with you for safety, and an impact makes life so much easier!
Once you've had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?
Yes and exceeded it. The e82 is known for having a soft rear end and this was an easy budget option to increase handeling, drivability, and stability on and off the track!
Any additional comments?
Should be the first upgrade or second on any e82!!

What made you choose this particular product?
With how many other suspension parts I was going some bracing posts would and should be needed to effectively get the most of the car.
Is this your first time buying from this brand? Did you consider other brands?
It was not, my seat bars are Whiteline, really only of availability. No one else makes OE style aftermarket swaybars for NA Impreza. In that case at least. So I was okay with Whiteline in this case.
Was it easy to install? Any installation tips that will help others?
Soulless installed this part. But begging a brace for the rear lower control arm. It can defiantly be done at a home garage.
Once you've had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?
Not really something you can notice immediately or in most cases at all. Being a brace. It's purpose is to mitigate flex under high stress. So when I do get on it in a turn or finally try a track day the car can handle what I though at it.

Is this your first time buying from this brand? Did you consider other brands?
no, I also run some of their other parts
Was it easy to install? Any installation tips that will help others?
for the most part, yes
Once you've had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?
it felt like it made a difference at first but over time it's been less noticeable
