Part #: KSB729

The S197 Mustang chassis features a rear chassis Brace to assist in absorbing the load that would otherwise be stressed onto the panhard rod. The stock Brace is merely stamped lightweight steel, but Whiteline's rear chassis Brace is a heavy duty boxed steel and reduces the force on the panhard.

These bolts fit the 98 LGT rear subframe but beware they will not bottom out against it. Meaning the bolt head will protrude out about 1/2". If you over tighten, then the welded nut on the inside will break loose causing a major headache.

EL Falcon sway bars fit 240s
What were you trying to accomplish by adding this product?
Less body roll in corners
Was it easy install? Any installation tips that will help others?
Was a pain to install, probably cause by the car being too low, the lower control arms were at very bad angles to fit the adjustable sway bar links
Once you’ve had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?
Does stop body roll but is too stiff, lots of understeer.
Any additional comments?
Get IPD bars or a less thick EL Falcon bar from a wrecker

Easy install just make sure you get new bushing mounts for the rear if 22mm or greater bars being installed

Install was easy but needed new endlinks and have had to build a spacer for the sway bar as this sway bar is longer and is a little close to the rear axle boots
