Pilot Automotive PM-2335E3 Sport Line Pedal Pads

What made you choose this particular product?

I wanted something to give my snowy shoes better grip on the pedals and this was the only option that Advance Auto had.

Is this your first time buying from this brand? Did you consider other brands?

First time buying this brand.

Was it easy to install? Any installation tips that will help others?

Installation was a PITA. I opted to mount these using the supplied brackets as I did not want to drill holes in my existing pedals. If you want to drill holes and mount these without the brackets, you will need to supply your own screws/bolts.

Once you've had a chance to use the product, did it meet your expectations?

Did not meet my expectations. Using the brackets, the gas pedal was not able to depress fully since the bracket stuck out too far. The brake and clutch pedals seemed sturdy but after a couple weeks of driving they both had fallen off.

Any additional comments?

If you want to use these, just drill holes to mount them, don't bother trying to use the crappy brackets.

The pedals aren’t bad, the brackets are a pain to mess with but once they’re on they feel sturdy. I bought these because my stock clutch pedal was too slippery with wet shoes. These pedals took care of that issue. The brackets are large though, so my gas pedal couldn’t go all the way down with this installed so for now I only have the clutch and brake pedal covers on. These also did not come with the hardware required to bolt them onto the pedals without the brackets, to do that you would need to provide the screws and nuts.

The brackets are a PITA to mess with. If I didn’t already have them on, I would just drill and bolt them on.
