Installed the new taillight cluster today... sort of. I don’t have the right bulbs and I need to cut out portions of metal for the housings to fit. I can’t seem to find my Dremel tool of course. Will be keeping the housing black because I like flat black accents. As soon as I get a spoiler it will be flat black as well. Then my Miata will match my Forza Motorsport and Gran Turismo liveries! As everyone says... I started with the rear sway bar and heavy duty endlinks. Whiteline included tabs that strengthened the end link tabs. I have to say the tabs made the install much more difficult. I had to ream out the holes that the endlinks went through. After several hours of the install for the rear sway bar I finally finished. Heads are back from the machine shop. New over-sized intake valves, Trick Flow 2.040, are seated with 3 angle grind. The work is top notch 😀. Did my first 50mile oil change. First time I drained oil and it looked like how it went in. Usually it is jet black, when I drained the oil after starting it a couple times because I thought it was the pan leaking and not the rear main seal it looked like there was glitter in the oil, not this time though.
