Why the Subaru WRX??? When I was 16, I had always wanted a Subaru.  After working at a fast food joint and earning enough for a downpayment, I went and bought my first WRX which was a 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX.  After that car I owned a few more Subaru's such as a swapped GC and an STI swapped bugeye.  After these cars I decided to explore the Euros and drove and e36 m3 and then 2 135i's; one manual and one DCT.  After this, I just couldn't get away from the ricebox Subaru makes called a WRX... I had to own another one and that is when I went and purchased my first brand new car, a 2017 Subaru WRX. Modifications Some modifications that I have done to the car include:  Perrin Shifter Stop, Perrin Brass Shifter Bushing, Perrin Short Shifter Adapter Plate, Grimmspeed Pulley, Grimmspeed Intake, Grimmspeed J Pipe Ceramic Coated, ETS Extreme Catback, Grimmspeed EBCS, Process West Front Mount Intercooler, Perrin Header, Racecomp Engineering GT Worx/Bilstein Trophy Cup Coilovers. Favorite modifcations Out of all the modifications, my favorite would be the ETS Extreme catback exhaust system.  It sounds great and is very loud.  The quality of ETS products is top notch and I couldn't recommend them enough.   What are you planning next? Some swaybars and possibly thinking about trying out the Whiteline Coilovers or possibly the Ohlins.  I also will be getting tuned here in the next few weeks. What’s been the biggest challenge with this build? The lack of research and development with this platform over all.  Always terrified that the motor is going to blow up.  Direct Injection is also a challenge.
