In 1996, I was in sixth grade when I first saw a brand new red twin-turbo Z32, and in the years after, I feel in love with the design, engineering, and the long Fairlady heritage and pedigree dating back to it's Datsun roots (that is, after obsessively researching and learning about the Fairlady as best as I could via print magazines and really old car guys being that this was before the internet). This is actually my second Z32 after unfortunately totaling my early production 1990 (1989) Z32 2+2 NA (Azure Blue) which I bought from the original owner. As heartbroken as I was, I was prepared to face the fact that I may never be able to find an affordable, clean, and unmolested Z32, but fortunately, I ended up finding another low mileage, clean, stock, and all numbers matching Fairlady in Bay Area in the last hours of my search. My plans for the Z32 is to preserve her as best as I can, and eventually work towards a full resto-mod setup. I want to maintain the original styling, design, and soul of the 90s style Z32, yet add tasteful modifications to enhance safety and handling performance. ____________________ Import Car of the Year, 1990 - Motor Trend One of the Top Ten Performance Cars, 1990 - Motor Trend Design of the Year, 1990 - Automobile Magazine All Stars, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 - Automobile Magazine 100 Greatest Cars of All Time, 2004 - Automobile Magazine 20 Greatest Cars of the Past 20 Years, 2006 - Automobile Magazine 25 Most Beautiful Cars in History, 2006 - Automoile Magazine One of the Ten Best Cars in the World, 1990 - Road & Track 10 Best Cars, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996 - Car and Driver Most Stylish Cars Over the Past 50 Years, 2010 - GQ Magazine (Source:   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/300zx )
