When I was 16 years old, my father bought a bog standard mk4 Jetta.  Even though it was not the most powerful car in the world, I fell I love with them and started looking into them more until I stumbled across the GLI.  About 9 years later and hours of research, I bought my 2012 GLI and as I was driving home I made it my goal to take this car and make it my own.  I’d never owned a turbo or even a manual until then and I started delving into the modding community to see how much power these cars could make.  After a few headaches and more successes, I’ve made it my goal to make this car as fast as is possible.  This is my realistic dream car and every day that I wake up and look at it and drive it, I fall more and more in love with it.  This will be my account of the progress I make through out the years to build this car into something special.
